There is nothing better in business than to step right into the use of time-tested material.  That goes for any business.  Why recreate important documents when you can copy one of the most successful infill Real Estate builders/Developers in the Country?  Each of our construction documents has been used to properly manage our subcontractor base, and to steer us away from issues that many of our peers fail to cover.  One of the main reasons we decided to sell our time-tested documents is the very fact that many of our peers do not use any documentation, at all, then call me to ask how to fix a specific situation.  The first thing I hear on too many occasions is that “I don’t have any documents”.  When I hear that I am shocked.  Other times, I get documents that are missing important aspects and features that are critical to making sure that your business is covered if you end up working with a dishonest sub-contractor, or maybe even a situation whereby you just don’t have a meeting of the minds with your contractor.  Our documents remove all ambiguity, and cover everything and anything that can occur on a Jobsite, so when and if it occurs, you have recourse in writing, signed by all parties.
