Build to Suit Construction Contract

This covers everything you will need in order to build from the ground up, a new home, for any customer. It is designed so that you can make sure that you capture all of the important points, and, add in your own touches as desired.

New Home Construction Warranty
As a builder, most states require you to offer at least a 1 year warranty to your customer, or, if it is a spec, to your buyer. This is a great warranty, that covers all of a customers concerns, and one that isn’t too technical that you wouldn’t be able to adequately service the warranty. By including this warranty with your buyer or customer documents, it gives you the document you need, as will as credibility.

Residential Purchase and Sale Agreement
This document has been specifically prepared to remove all of the excess verbiages that may concern an off-market homeowner/Seller. Purchase contracts these days can be 15, 20 pages, or more. This contract was designed to get the basics into an agreement so you can have the important pieces you need to have a binding contract, but not so cumbersome that a homeowner would be too concerned to sign without a Realtor or Attorney. Once you have this document signed, you have a binding agreement that you can then move forward with to open escrow.
