Indefinite Quantity Contract:  This is the road map of your agreement with your sub-contractors.  This protects you from many potential problems and is an absolute necessity.

This is one of the single most important documents that you need to use.  The “Indefinite Quantity Contract” is simply the agreement by which your entire relationship with your hired contractor stands.  This document spells out all of the important aspects of your agreement, and because it is an “indefinite quantity”, it survives each and every transaction or job that your company and your contractor will do, now, and in the future.  However, if any company name changes, whether it is yours, or your contractors, make sure that you fill out a new one so that the document survives the name changes.  Also, keep in mind that this is the contractual agreement, and for each job you do with your contractor, you also need to include our document called  “scope of work” which lists out the work that your contractor is doing on your job.
