This document is used when you either work with a non-licensed entity; workers that do not need a license, like a house cleaner, or a laborer that cleans up job sites, etc. Of course, we always recommend that anyone that you hire that needs a contractor’s license, that you make sure that you have this confirmed as part of the new sub packet. However, at times, you will be working with companies that do not need a license, therefore this document will spell out a few things that are important, like your payment cycle and other processes.
