While in some states, a warranty is not necessary on a home that you are flipping, in many states it is based on the cost of your repairs; if they exceed a specific amount.  Additionally, in order to add credibility to your newly updated home that you plan to flip, having a buyer’s warranty is important.  It can also help mitigate any misunderstanding about what may or may not be covered once the buyer moves into their home.
